According to the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control, falls (20%) and motor-vehicle accidents (28%) make up nearly half of all traumatic brain injuries in the United States. 1.4 million people sustain traumatic brain injuries annually.

Traumatic brain injuries can disrupt and dramatically impact your life, causing changes in your thought processes, sensations, and emotional and language capacities. These injuries can also cause significant financial hardship for the costs of adequate medical care.   If you’ve sustained a traumatic brain injury in a fall or car accident and you believe another party is responsible, please contact an attorney with experience in handling brain injuries.
